1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the city.
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
In unlikely event of damaging or missing of the goods during shipping or transit you have to send us door pickup video with unboxing first cut video & photos of damage package plus outer slip within 24hr of after receiving the shipment.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Oriandcalli is not responsible for any duty or tax imposed by the buyers country.
There is no need to pay any duties if you are from: the USA, the UK, Australia or EU countries.

We accept returns only when the product is received back by us safely and in unused, original condition.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned order. If the product is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in resaleable condition, we may not be able to offer a refund.
For international orders, return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or any transit-related charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit, so we recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking.
Once the returned order reaches us safely and passes inspection, the eligible refund amount will be processed.
