Gives the spark to engraving. It's waterproof. Always practice on your surface before jumping on actual product. It can be improve a bit in opacity is what I feel. Over all does the job very well.
So far, I am very satisfied with the flex pen. I have been looking for a fountain pen for copperplate, and so far, the bes option. The relation price-quality is very good.
Great product. They perform well. Only wish they were readily available in the usa. Did not like the wait involved with shipping.
