Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted.

In unlikely event of damaging or missing of the goods during shipping or transit you have to send us door pickup with unboxing first cut video & photos of damage package plus outer slip within 24hr of after receiving the shipment.

If your ordering from outside India and want the delivery in India then you have to provide Indian mobile number.

Returns are accepted only if the product reaches us safely in unused and original condition.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned order.

Return shipping, customs charges, and transit risks are the customer’s responsibility.

Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for refund.
