 Cancellations and refund :- 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2hr by giving the reason for doing so.

After Cancellation the refund amount will be reflect in bank account or source of payments  in 5 to 7 business working day. 

we are not accepting any cancellation, Refund, Return and exchange on any order once the order is shipped and tracking ID is generated.

In unlikely event of damaging or missing of the goods during shipping or transit you have to send us unboxing video & photos of damage package plus outer slip within 2 days. 

Due to impose custom charges if customer refuse the parcel it will not be considerable or responsible for return and  refund.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns & Cancellations Policy For European Union 

14-day right of withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

How to start a return

  • If you have an account: visit https://shopify.com/69200675073/account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.
  • If you checked out with a phone number only (no email): use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to request a return.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, we can't cancelled it as it generate the tracking information. 

Returning items After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items promptly. The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping charges, and the items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, suitable for resale. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment; therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned order. If the product is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in resalable condition, we may not be able to offer a refund.
