As a dip oblique pen user with various nibs ,the convenience of having continuous ink flow is priceless. The lack of nib choice is not an important factor for the Coppertone Calligraphy style I usually practice. Of great importance the correct ink choose as the nib feeding is rich and may "accidents" occurr . Therefore a testing period with various inks and papers is highly recommended before any critical work.
I consider the pen of utter value for money and a great entrance to the magic world of fountain pen flex calligraphy. No, dip pens cannot be replaced . But there there's a tool ready to follow your skills and deliver. Instantly and satisfactorily. Good job Oricalli!
I have been an oriandcalli loyalist for many years now and most of my supplies are from here! Avinash and Teja are so careful with their quality of products! I have been using the metallic inks for more than 6 years. It's such a good investment because they last for so long. And are so pigmented. They are so versatile as well.
